Are your bags authentic?
Yes. All items offered by Iconic-Bag are carefully inspected before being put on sale. We only work with 100% authentic pieces, verified by our experts. There can be no doubt about the origin of our products.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping is completed within 24 hours from Belgium.
The average delivery times are:
- ◆ Belgium: 1 to 2 business days
- ◆ France / Europe: 2 to 4 business days
Each parcel is tracked and carefully packaged.
Does the bag come with its Louis Vuitton box or dust bag?
It depends on the article.
- ◆ If the original box or dustbag is available, we will indicate this in the product description.
- ◆ Otherwise, the bag is protected in a neutral quality pouch, suitable for transport.
Are padlocks or keys included?
- ◆ If the product comes with a padlock or key, this is clearly stated on the product page.
- ◆ If in doubt, you can ask us the question before placing your order.
Can I return a bag if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn item in its original packaging.
The refund is issued after verification of the product's condition.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes.
- ◆ A paper invoice is included in the package
- ◆ A digital invoice (PDF) is also sent by email after order confirmation.

Iconic-Bag is a Belgian company specializing in the sale of second-hand luxury bags.
The products are shipped from our workshop in Belgium, with tracking at every stage.
