Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with distance selling legislation, you have 14 working days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. No justification is required.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Return Procedure

Before sending any return, please contact us by e-mail at info@iconic-bag.be to receive:
- detailed instructions
- the return address

Unsolicited or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returned products must:
- be in the exact condition received
- be unworn, unused, unaltered and free from odors
- include all original accessories (dust bag, box, invoice, etc.)

Security Seal

Each item comes with a **tamper-proof seal**.
Any item returned without the seal intact (removed, moved, or broken) will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund

Refunds are processed:
- within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the return
- via the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed)
- with confirmation sent by e-mail once the refund has been issued

Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to this policy falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Liège (Belgium).
