Access to and use of the website www.iconic-bag.be implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms of use.

The site is accessible to any user with an internet connection. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance without prior notice. Iconic-Bag cannot be held liable for service interruptions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10. Installment Payments with ALMA

  • ALMA installment payment service is available for purchases, subject to the buyer (“Buyer”) accepting the installment or deferred payment agreement.
  • Fees may be charged by ALMA.
  • Any refusal by ALMA to grant payment in installments or deferred payment may cancel the purchase contract (“Terms & Conditions”), unless the Buyer agrees to pay in full.
  • In case of cancellation of the Terms & Conditions, the installment or deferred payment contract will be automatically terminated.
  • If the installment or deferred payment is withdrawn, the Terms & Conditions will be automatically terminated unless the Buyer pays the full amount through ALMA. If the product has already been shipped, it must be returned within the time specified in the Terms & Conditions.
